Yes, we travel...a lot. Yes, we charge for it. As much as we love listening to music and podcasts, we can't make money while binge-listening to the latest. So, if the shoot is an hour or more from our office in Monrovia, IN it's $85/hr of drive time (yes, that includes there and back).

We use professional-grade cameras such as mirroless cameras with high tech lighting equipment and wide angled lenses to capture the entire room. We use the latest top of the line drones and 360 cameras,  to ensure the highest quality video and imaging. We use state of the art editing software to help enhance the photos if needed. All of this combined will set your photos and listing apart from all the others.

Quick answer: More light = better pictures

Depending on the time of the year, I cannot start a photo shoot within 1 hour of sunrise or sunset. Especially around winter time and in gloomy weather conditions it is important to not shoot close to sunset. 

Some larger packages also take more time, so there may not be any later "start times" available to book.

Yes.

In order to use ANY drone photos or drone videos for a client or business (including your own), your photographer will need to have a Part 107 drone license. Legal action can be taken against the client (you) and the pilot if the pilot is not licensed.  Yes, Lenz Whiz, LLC. is licensed, boned, and insured!

It's Indiana. There is over a 90% chance the weather will not do what you want...or what the weather man thinks. Weather plays a huge part in what we do. So with that being said, if it's rainy, we can't take exteriors. Expensive cameras do not do well in water. Also, you don't want your primary photo of the house to look dark and depressing. What about cloudy? Not a problem! That's what photoshop is for. We swap the skies and say goodbye to grey clouds.  If photos or drone photos are not permitted due to weather (rain, wind, excessive snow, etc.) or other circumstances, the photo package may be rescheduled or the price may be reduced. Reschedules from the client must be made with at least 24 hours notice and any price reductions are solely at the discretion of the photographer. 

All cancellations and re-schedules must be done at least 24 hours in advance or else they may be subject to a fee. The fee may be waived when re-scheduled within 2 weeks.
